Empowering Neurodiverse & Trauma Impacted Minds & Bodies
Adult, Teen, & Child Psychotherapy serving Colorado & Oregon

Jasmine Quistorf
LPCC, Professional Counselor Associate
Hi, I'm Jasmine, and I specialize in providing mental health therapy to neurodivergent and trauma-impacted individuals—those navigating complex to single-incident trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, dissociation, BPD, and other neurodivergent experiences.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I deeply understand both the challenges and the unique strengths that come with living in a seemingly neurotypical world. This personal insight guides me in offering a safe, understanding, and validating space for individuals who may not feel fully seen or understood in traditional therapeutic settings.
I believe in meeting you where you are. My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, empathy, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent minds. I aim to:
-
Your lived experience matters. I work with you to identify your unique needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, social challenges, executive functioning difficulties, or just navigating the world as a neurodivergent individual, my goal is to create a tailored approach that works for you.
-
Neurodivergence is often framed as something that needs to be "fixed" or "cured." I take a strengths-based approach, highlighting the ways your brain works in its own beautiful, creative, and insightful ways. We will explore how you can use your strengths to navigate the world around you.
-
As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of a space where you feel truly seen and heard. You won’t have to explain yourself here or worry about me making assumptions about how you should think, feel, or behave.
