LPCC, Professional Counselor Associate

Hi, I'm Jasmine, and I specialize in providing mental health therapy to neurodivergent and trauma-impacted individuals—those navigating complex to single-incident trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, dissociation, BPD, and other neurodivergent experiences.

As someone who is neurodivergent, I deeply understand both the challenges and the unique strengths that come with living in a seemingly neurotypical world. This personal insight guides me in offering a safe, understanding, and validating space for individuals who may not feel fully seen or understood in traditional therapeutic settings.

I believe in meeting you where you are. My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, empathy, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent minds. I aim to:

Neurodivergent affirming & self-identified

Queer/LGBTQIA+ affirming & self-identified

Poverty competent & self-identified

Non-nuclear family competent & self-identified

Adverse childhood experiences competent & self-identified

Nonreligious/spiritual

Multiculturally competent & humble, white identified
